Ariel was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She began her career in oil and gas in 2018 and currently works as a Petroleum Landman for Horizon Reserves II, a mineral acquisitions company focused on the Permian Basin. Ariel is an active member of Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) and the Permian Basin Landsmen’s Association (PBLA). She also serves as Chairman of the Resource Board for Special Olympics, supporting programs that promote confidence, inclusion, and leadership for athletes of all abilities. In addition to her work in the energy industry, Ariel is the co-founder of Out West, an entertainment and event brand based in Midland, focused on bringing live music and large-scale community events to West Texas. In honor of her grandfather, Ariel is deeply committed to supporting the American Cancer Society and its mission. His memory continues to inspire her dedication to serving others and advocating for families impacted by cancer. She is proud to serve as this year’s Co-Chair for the Cattle Baron’s Ball.
Emilee was born and raised in Colorado, where her love for people, purpose, and community first took root. A graduate of Colorado State University, Emilee began her career in the energy industry and has since become a respected leader known for her integrity, drive and ability to connect others toward shared goals. Now based in West Texas, Emilee serves in a leadership role with Aureus Energy, where she focuses on strategic growth, community partnerships, and sustainable development within the region. Her professional journey has been guided by the same values that define her personal life-hard work, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Emilee’s commitment to the American Cancer Society is deeply personal. Having seen the impact cancer has on families and loved ones, she is devoted to supporting research, patient programs, and advocacy efforts that bring hope and healing to those in need. As Co-Chair for the 2026 campaign, she hopes to honor those who have fought bravely, celebrate survivors, and inspire others to join the mission of creating a world without cancer. When she is not working or volunteering, Emilee enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and staying involved in the West Texas community she proudly calls home.
Amber is a proud Midland native who left home to attend Abilene Christian University, only to return and raise her family in the community that raised her. She is the co-founder and Broker of Maven Real Estate Group, where she has built a bold, people-first business rooted in integrity, grit and genuine relationships. Amber is the proud mom of Karrington (11) and Kolmynn (9), and you’ll most often find her on the sidelines of baseball and football games or at dance performances- fully present and fully cheering them on. For the past five years, Amber has been actively involved with the American Cancer Society and the Cattle Baron’s Ball, pouring her heart into fundraising and community impact. Known for her love of vibrant decor, big ideas, and bringing people together, she is deeply honored to serve as this year’s Co-Chair and brings passion, energy, and creativity to the mission of lighting the way to a cure. Amber believes in showing up boldly for her family, her business, and her community and is committed to making this year’s event both meaningful an unforgettable.
